What is Clean Eating?



Easy as this; It is NOT a diet, it is a lifestyle change that makes sense.

1. Avoid processed foods and refined foods.  They are gross and have no benefit to your body.

2. Eat the colors of the rainbow.  The more colorful the more nutritious for your body.

3. Eat foods that are grown on land and not in a secret science lab.  If you cannot pronounce the ingredient then dont eat it!

4. Purchase one new "clean" food each grocery shop to try.  After many grocery store visits and over time you will eventually feel the benefits of cleaner eating.

5. Don't buy the packaged food in a box, and try to only buy foods with 1-2 ingredients on the labels.
